Waste Wind Turbine Recycling: Crushing, Pyrolysis, Screening

Process Flow Description:

Physical Crushing/Screening: Multi-Stage Crushing and Separation, Yielding Fiberglass, Balsa Wood.

Pyrolysis (Deep Recycling)

Fiberglass turbine blades are crushed via conveyor.

Crushed material enters pyrolysis furnace for decomposition.

Post-pyrolysis material enters screening for fiber recovery.

Recyclable fibers and resins.

No pollution generated during the pyrolysis process.

Complete recycling and reuse of materials.
